We will send you an order confirmation once you place your order.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, we do reserve the right to cancel or decline your order for any reason and will contact you via email should an issue arise.

Returns & Repairs

Should your purchase unfortunately arrive damaged during shipment, we will gladly fix or replace it.  We try our best to protect our Bou Cou and take all necessary precautions prior to shipping but understand that some circumstances may arise causing damages beyond our control.  If this should occur, please contact us at within 5 business days of receipt of your damaged Bou Cou.  Your shipment is USPS tracked to confirm date of receipt.  Please package properly (to avoid further damage) and ship through an insured delivery provider (USPS, UPS or FedEx). You will be responsible for shipping charges.

*Please e-mail us tracking number after shipment and hang onto for future reference if necessary.

*Please note that we do NOT take any returns.


Domestic: Please allow between 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.  We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.  Shipping is a USPS flat rate of $5.00, which includes tracking and gift wrap.  Tracking number will be emailed once purchased has been shipped.  Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.

International: Please allow between 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.  We do not ship on weekends, US holidays or international holidays.  Shipping is a USPS flat rate of $12.00, which includes insured delivery.  Tracking number will be emailed once purchase has been shipped.  Please allow 7-14 business days for Bou Cou shipping.  Receiver of Bou Cou shipment is responsible for any custom charges.

Promotions & Discounts

Discounts and vouchers cannot be combined with any promotions and/or discounts.  

Discounts, promotions, coupons may not be used to purchase gift cards.

Bou Cou Care

We want you to timelessly love and wear your Bou Cou and recommend you treat them with extra care.  Though the materials we use are quite durable, treat your Bou Cou delicately and try not to drop or bang them against any hard surfaces.   Be sure to steer clear of dyes, perfumes, lotions and other liquids and store in a dry place to ensure they stay tarnish free and shiny. Any variations in color, texture and form are part of their uniqueness.


Bou Cou is made with a variety of materials and vintage findings.  We design with semi-precious stones, brass, hydro quartz and glass beads to name a few.  

Stones may be dyed or treated and will vary in color, size and shape.  Stones vary depending on quality and availability.  Stones frequently include natural variations, such as inclusions, that may be mistaken as cracks or flaws.  We always take care to make sure the color looks its best in your chosen design. Please allow for variations in your Bou Cou!

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers’ personal information by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards.  

Whenever you shop with Bou Cou, we obtain all necessary information to complete and process your order including: your name, phone number, e-mail, payment and billing information.  Under absolutely no circumstances will we ever sell, loan, rent, trade or release ANY of your information to a third party.  We do not have access to your credit card details; Etsy or Square will process your order.  We may retain details of your product purchases.  


Bou Cou will happily repair minor damages with no cost for up to a year with proof of purchase.  Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.  All other repairs will be based on the cost of materials and labor.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time.  We are not responsible for any external shipping delays.  Our retail stores and online retail are two separate entities.  This means merchandise, pricing and promotions featured are exclusive to that entity.
